Water Restoration Technician

Our Water Restoration Technicians are responsible for responding to water-related emergencies, such as floods and leaks, to mitigate damage and restore affected areas. Duties include assessing the extent of water damage, extracting water, removing damaged materials, implementing drying techniques, sanitizing affected spaces, and using moisture meters to monitor progress. Providing exceptional services to our customers while following company policies and IICRC Standards are essential for this role.

Our in-depth training provides stability that provides career advancement opportunities. These are field-based positions and require travel in and around the surrounding area.

Qualifications:

• Valid, US driver's license

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime

• Related experience and/or training in working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred

• Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record

• Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.

```Duties```
- Perform restoration and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency situations such as fire damage, water damage, and mold remediation
- Use hand tools and equipment to remove debris, extract water, clean carpets, and restore damaged areas
- Conduct asbestos abatement procedures in accordance with safety regulations
- Build and restore structures affected by fire or water damage

```Experience```
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of fire restoration, carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in restoration work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
