**POSITION IS LOCATED IN ALPENA, SD & REQUIRES REPORTING TO OFFICE DAILY!**

Stan’s diversification includes manufacturing and sales of animal feed, as well as being a national logistics provider offering many services including trucking of refrigerated goods, dry goods, grains, and feed ingredients.
Job Title: Operations
Summary: The role of Operations is to provide leadership and direction to team members utilizing effective and timely communication.
Operating Divisions:
Feed Production:
Product procurement, pricing, inventory, bio-security, delivery, FDA & State compliance.
Logistics:
Liaison between logistics team, shop, drivers, vendors, customers and management, proficiency in utilizing several technology components, training & compliance with internal processes, policies and FMCSA regulations.
Agriculture Production:
Marketing, merchandising and inventory of commodities (grain and livestock), coordinating arrangements for transport of product,

- Forward thinking, self motivated, great communicator with strong people skills, detail oriented, have a high degree of persistence, self-motivation, self-discipline and follow up.
- Possess excellent decision making, problem solving, analytical, computer and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and with varying levels of team members, management and vendors on various projects.
Compensation: Generous compensation, DOEEQ. Excellent benefit package including health insurance, 401K retirement, flex-spending account, vacation and paid holidays.
Salary : $40,500 - $51,300
