Your Opportunity

Your role will be to provide support of construction activities and contract administration in a fast-paced professional, design and delivery environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers with construction management activities
• Attend construction progress meetings and site visits to construction sites
• Prepare bid tabulations
• Collect daily reports from field personnel and enter information into database
• Track change orders, RFI’s and submittal packages
• Review contractor invoices
• Providing coordination services on the Sewer System Evaluation and Rehabilitation Program
• Performing specification and plan development
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and to work under time constraints and other stresses
• Must be able to work in a team environment and semi-independently
• Ability to learn new software quickly and take initiative with limited supervision
• Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• MS Office Suite skills are required.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 0 to 5 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
