Your Opportunity
Your role will be to provide support of construction activities and contract administration in a fast-paced professional, design and delivery environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist Construction Managers with construction management activities
- Attend construction progress meetings and site visits to construction sites
- Prepare bid tabulations
- Collect daily reports from field personnel and enter information into database
- Track change orders, RFI’s and submittal packages
- Review contractor invoices
- Providing coordination services on the Sewer System Evaluation and Rehabilitation Program
- Performing specification and plan development
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work under time constraints and other stresses
- Must be able to work in a team environment and semi-independently
- Ability to learn new software quickly and take initiative with limited supervision
- Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- MS Office Suite skills are required.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
- 0 to 5 years of related experience.
- Valid driver's license is required.
