Description
We are seeking a summer 2024 marketing intern that is a highly motivated, detailed, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possesses solid communication, writing, editing, and computer capabilities. The marketing intern manages multiple, simultaneous assignments—providing integral support to the regional team through marketing systems/database management, proposal support, and proposal closeout.
Your Responsibilities
- Marketing systems/database management: drafting/writing proofreading/researching/interviewing/inputting personnel and project profiles; uploading images; business registration management
- Proposal support: locating and downloading resume and project profiles, gathering and tracking information, managing/tracking forms and subconsultants, proposal production
- Proposal closeout: updating personnel and project profiles, uploading images
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Previous work experience is desired; however, A/E/C industry experience is not mandatory
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or in the process of obtaining) in marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Proficient in Word
- Experience with Excel and Adobe Creative Suites (INDD, Acrobat, Photoshop) is desired
