Job Posting for Auto Service Internal Advisor at Star Buick GMC

Star Buick, GMC Cadillac in Quakertown is currently seeking to hire a Service Advisor who specializes in internal vehicle reconditioning. We are looking for a team member to manage preowned vehicles through the mechanical reconditioning process and into cosmetic detail to be ready for retail sale. General vehicle maintenance knowledge needed, but no mechanical skills required. Duties include preparing estimates made by our used car techs and provided to the used car manager to review and approve work.

Job Skills Required:

  • Excellent customer service and above average communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to provide cost benefit analysis to customers to assist in making informed decisions.
  • Possess a sense of urgency.
  • Work well in high pressure situations.
  • Good computer skills are mandatory.
  • General Motors experience a huge plus.
