The receptionist will be responsible for a number of administrative items across multiple teams within the organization. Some of the job duties include greeting customers, answering/transferring phone calls, scheduling design appointments, scan job documents and prepare job packs, confirm installs, stock inventory and order office supplies.
Beneficial Experience
- Experience with flooring products or involvement in the flooring industry.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Intermediate skills in using Microsoft software applications including Outlook, Word & Excel.
Requirements
Previous experience in some type of administrative roles such as sales support, product management, payables, receivables/billing, accounting, scheduling, payroll, inventory functions, or customer service.
- Ability to learn flooring and project management software.
- Basic skills in Microsoft office applications.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Possess strong organization with the ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills when working with customers, vendors and other employees.
- The ability to effectively work in a team-based environment.
