Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our clients team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and assisting with event planning.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe, type, and proofread documents as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
