Busy property management company looking for a capable and talented office manager that has experience in the real estate field. Would like at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Multi-line phone work, mail sorting, scheduling, data entry, work order processing, office supplies and restock, bank deposits, client relations, notices on properties, and working closely with the head manager.
