As a program manager on the Partner Experience Innovation Center team, you will play a key role in delivering value to our partners by creating the integrated business strategy, prioritizing the functional and emotional needs of our partners, and leading the business case development for the end-to-end experience design of the partner digital ecosystem. As a program manager, Partner Digital Experiences you will… - Interpret partner insights, data and analytics to identify opportunities, define problems to solve, and develop business cases to drive new or optimized digital experiences for our partners - Support across the innovation process, including developing user journeys, requirements gathering, solution prototypes and informing development roadmaps with cross-functional stakeholders and COE involvement - Distill research, metrics and outcomes into clear storytelling context for executive level communication and data-driven driven decision-making - Proactively manage integrated timelines, planning, issues & risks for multiple cross-functional workstreams - Nimbly adapt to shifting priorities, including proactively identifying and resolving issues and risks impeding progress for Partner Experience priority workstreams - Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles
Qualifications:
We’d love to hear from people with: - Proven strategic program leader with demonstrated skills and experience working on complex large-scale transformational business or digital programs, 5-7 years - Ability to apply knowledge of program and project execution in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment, leading and influencing through others, 5-7 years - Skills in systems thinking, seeking to understand the interconnectedness of the organizational system and ability to select the optimal levers to drive desired outcome(s) - Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with partners and leaders across the business. - Results-orientation in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, with ability to be self-directed to initiate cross-functional discussions, elevate risks, and drive connection across the business. - Strong problem-solving skills and a tenacious drive for quality and truth, grounded in insights, data and analytics.
