We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The Business Development Manager will establish relationships with organizations that require assistance acquiring top talent for open positions. Location: HQ based in California
Compensation Target: Competitive package bonus
Education: Bachelor's degree required

Schedule: First 3 months remote followed by Hybrid 1-2 days in office
Responsibilities
- Research and obtain new business development opportunities for the company
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding on time, great communication and providing consulting services
- Be proactive by posting new jobs to social media
- Create detailed job descriptions and candidate communications for marketing purposes
- Oversee the submission of qualified candidate resumes to clients
- Establish open lines of communication with clients to collect feedback on our candidates and services
- Ensure that all candidates are updated regularly regarding the status of their candidacy
- Identify potential candidate pools for open positions
- Ensure that the recruitment process proceeds in an efficient and effective manner
- Communicate with team members of new businesses
- Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing companies
Skills
- 2 years of recruiting, sales, and/or industry-related experience
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Must operate with sense of urgency, be proactive, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required
