Summary: Coordinate and ship Prestige sample orders. P ull warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements. Ensures that orders are accurate. Stages items correctly for delivery. Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
Job Duties May Include:
- P ull warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements.
- Ensure that orders are accurate.
- Stages items correctly for delivery.
- Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
- Must be able to multi task.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to read orders accurately to fill customer’s needs.
- Must be able to pass lift truck certification training.
- Must have basic knowledge of carpet manufacturing.
- Must be able to lead other associates to complete customer’s orders in a timely manner.
- Constantly bending to load and unload pallets.
- Moving material using a pallet jacks or buggies.
- Must be able to lift up to 10lbs.
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
- Basic knowledge of carpet manufacturing.
- Work in a fast-paced environment but still maintain accuracy while producing a quality sample.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Constantly bending to load and unload pallets.
- Moving material using a pallet jacks or buggies.
- Must be able lift 40lbs.
- Must be able to stand for entire shift.
- Normal warehouse environment, such as: temperature instability in sections of the warehouse, atmospheric conditions; including fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, vapors, or noise.
