Marketing Associate - Global

We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working Marketing Associate who will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing management and execution of key global initiatives including support for product launches as well as other marketing activities for global markets. You will work closely with the Global Marketing Manager, the Director of Global Product Marketing, and all other cross-functional marketing teams (Customer, Consumer, Digital, Social/PR, Events, Creative and Project Managers) to help develop and execute marketing strategies and plans. These activities will involve new product releases two times annually, as well as overall communication and visibility efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related area
• 4 years of advertising agency (account management) or marketing experience

Our global marketing associate will:

• Manage International Marketing Needs
  • Maintain a systematic process to receive, prioritize, communicate, and manage ad hoc international marketing requests
• Execute International Product Marketing Programs, Including Launches
  • Communicate product/program vision details from/to U.S.-based teams
  • Lead execution of multiple campaigns working with creative teams and vendors
• Enable International Marketing Asset Development & Deployment
  • Facilitate the localization and translation of assets
  • Work with strategy, design, and deployment resources to deliver printed, printable, and other non-digital assets
  • Work with strategy, design, capability teams and back-end and front-end development to deploy digital assets
• Assist International Marketing Measurement & Reporting
  • Consolidate international results and facilitate sharing across regions, including to/from U.S. team
