EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Starkey, Inc., an established leader in serving adults with developmental disabilities in the Wichita area since 1930, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Successful candidate will be responsible for communication, scheduling meetings, and the distribution of pertinent materials between the CEO, Board of Directors, Leadership Team, and Starkey Foundation. Will also transcribe/maintain various minutes and yearly calendars. Additional responsibilities will include running, administering and/or organizing assigned project activities in cooperation with or under the direction of the CEO. Minimum three (3) years pertinent experience in professional administrative or project coordination role, good organizational and written/oral communication skills; proficient use of computer related programs and office equipment required. Experience with Raiser's Edge preferred. Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred. Previous work experience for an organization serving individual with intellectual disabilities a plus.
