Kitchen Manager
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company. What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
- Management and/or hospitality experience a plus
- Experience in managing COGS and labor
- ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s BOH processes.
- Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items
- Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example
- Training, developing, and scheduling team members
