Online Banking Representative

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support of our Electronic Banking products and services, including online banking, mobile banking, bill pay eStatements, bookkeeping, wires, and ACH. They will be part of a team of employees who are responsible for providing centralized support to branches, the Customer Care Center, and other colleagues as needed. They will ensure that consistent, high quality customer service is met with every customer that calls, walks in, or inquires through email. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude that is comfortable in a changing environment. This is NOT a remote work opportunity. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5, in-office at State Bank of Southern Utah Corporate Headquarters.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquires and problems via phone, email and in person for all of our Electronic Banking products and services
• Perform various data entry tasks relating to our Electronic Banking products
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly tasks on a rotating basis
• Research and resolve issues pertaining to Electronic Banking Products
• Assist with special projects related to functions in the Online Banking and Bookkeeping departments
• Closely adhere to the Bank’s Information Security policies and procedures
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Graduate or (GED)
• Must pass a credit & background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a financial institution
• Experience working with Online banking
