Responsibilities
Christina D. Stone & Associates is offering an opportunity to join a high performing insurance staff counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies. Qualified candidates would be responsible for providing administrative assistance to attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, and leadership. Job duties include reception area responsibilities, processing mail, new file intake, ordering and downloading records, processing invoices, data entry, and other clerical tasks as assigned. The selected candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and team-oriented with a professional demeanor. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
Qualifications
- Experience in a legal environment, knowledge of the legal process, and legal/medical terminology is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills over the phone and in person
- Accurate and efficient in an electronic environment, including experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe
