About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys with discovery, medical summaries, and billing summaries, as well as deposition and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with discovery process, medical summaries, and billing summaries
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation
- Work independently and effectively communicate with team members
- Prioritize workload in a time-sensitive environment
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate
- 1-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably Insurance Defense or Personal Injury experience
- Familiarity with Court Rules and Procedures
- Strong software/technical skills specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience working in an electronic/digital environment
