Responsibilities
The Strategic Analytics & Measurement Analyst is responsible for leading strategy-based analytics centered around the customer. This role involves identifying emerging trends, conducting exploratory research, influencing audience and geo targeting, and delivering strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with marketing strategy to refine and elevate foundational strategies
- Utilizes profiling, segmentation, and statistical methodologies to uncover key performance relationships and insights
- Formulates hypotheses, gathers and analyzes data, interprets results and their implications, and recommends next-step actions
- Contributes to the strategic measurement framework by developing Marketing KPIs and objectives, analyzing data trends to identify anomalies, and presenting insights to business partners
- Analyzes business trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to guide strategic planning
- Conducts general customer, product, and geo-based analyses to inform long-term marketing strategies
- A bachelor's or an advanced degree in an analytics-oriented discipline preferred (Analytics, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
- Professional experience in analytics and knowledge of Marketing principles are highly desired
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or SAS, or an ability to readily acquire proficiency based on experience with comparable programming/querying languages
- Experience working across multiple computing platforms and operating systems, with an emphasis on AWS
- Extremely articulate in written and oral communication, including developing presentations to various levels of leadership
- Experience with data storytelling and producing reports using business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
- Ability to build relationships that enable close collaboration and alignment across the team, multiple departments and external vendors
