This position is for a Fire Team Manager, overseeing Claim Specialists who handle one or a combination of the following: accidental and weather-related homeowners, commercial, and large loss claims.
There may be a need to use a vehicle provided by the company for transportation to and from physical inspections and/or mileage will be reimbursed.
Proximity you will be assigned a specific territory/state and will be required to live within that territory/state.
LOCATION: Wisconsin state and surrounding area territory. Selected candidates will be required to reside within Wisconsin state and surrounding area.

Must Have Skills:
- Must be willing to work flexible work shifts as operations dictates
- May work irregular/extended hours, including weekends and holidays, based on workload and job requirement
- May require serving in or for geographic locations other than that of the assigned area
- Position may require walking, climbing, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crawling and/or lifting objects
- Requires frequent lifting, carrying, unfolding and climbing a ladder and utilizing appropriate equipment in accordance with safety guidelines to traverse roofs at various heights for inspection of both residential and commercial structures to gather information needed during the adjustment of a claim
- You must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
