Job Summary: Evaluating Analyzing, and Diagnosing the cause of warranty returned products.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Revies warranty paperwork
  • Analyze returned product in order to determine the reason for product failure by:
  • Diagnosing failures
  • Disassembling product accordingly
  • Recording all non-conformances
  • Initiate product claims and coordinate the order entry shipment replacement of replacement products to meet customers’ needs.
  • Track claims progress and follows up on all claim activities leading to the closure of product items.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.
