Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the keeping the building clean and orderly condition.
- Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, community and staff bathrooms, consumer dorm rooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.
- Duties will also include notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning supplies.
- Considerable knowledge of cleaning methods, safety practices, equipment and supplies. Ability to understand and carry out routine listings of supplies and prepare other simple reports and records.
- Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment.
- Physical abilities include balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to fifty pounds without assistance, grasping, hearing, smelling, and repetitive motions.
- Hours are 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Monday-Friday
