As the Labor Relations Manager, you are responsible for statewide labor relations administration and may be responsible for contract negotiations. You will manage negotiation operations and supervise seven labor negotiators. You may also maintain responsibility for a client caseload and bargaining table assignments. We are looking for someone with clear and concise communication, ability to collaborate with all types of people, accountability, problem solving, and independent drive and motivation.
Hybrid: We offer flexible work schedules and locations. This is a hybrid position where most of the work allows for telework. However, the nature of the work, especially during bargaining, does require the person to be able to attend in-person meetings and events.
Compensation:
The starting salary range for this position is $121,008 - $135,000, depending on qualifications. To allow for growth and salary progression over time in this role, the full salary range is $103,404 - $175,788.
