JOB SUMMARY :
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for resolving general customer concerns, partnering with the grocery leadership to provide feedback and support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES :
- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about services and products;
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service to customers
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in customer database system timely and accurately
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
- Resolve conflicting and complex issues relating to customer services
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Perform general administrative tasks;
- Additional tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Outstanding communication, phone, and active listening skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of personalities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
