Job Summary:
Individual will drive revenue growth through a sales process that includes identifying customer targets, conducting needs & discovery meetings, developing proposals that meet those needs, while achieving total revenue and margin goals established by the company. This individual will interface with internal sales colleagues and management to support the sales process and growth. This position is responsible for both new business development and customer retention in assigned territory.

- Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
- Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
- Prepares annual sales budget and forecasts throughout the year.
- Follow the company established sales process and utilize company CRM to track and report on sales targets and total funnel.
- Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team collaboration.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM or related software.
- Self-motivated and the ability to adapt to change.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Minimum requirement of 50% travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR
- Comparable record of sales experience required.
- At least ten (10) years of sales experience required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
