Job Description
Statkraft has recently launched an updated corporate strategy and reorganised the company to set the organisation up for ambitious growth plans. This includes establishing a brand-new business area for New Energy Solutions with main purpose to find, develop and scale opportunities within new green energy technologies.
Within this business area, the unit Future Business will spear head the development of new business opportunities. We are now establishing a new role in the Future Business leadership team to boost the internal innovation culture and contribute to increase the value creation from innovation. The role will have particular focus on facilitating internal ideation and experience sharing across the company, and be an active part of shaping how Statkraft works with innovation.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and visionary leader to establish and drive this work in collaboration with stakeholders across the company, which includes:
- Drive generation of ideas from across Statkraft
- Support and speed up the process of bringing ideas into reality by routing ideas to the right entities for screening
- Run internal innovation network with focus on experience sharing and cross-company collaboration
- Foster innovation culture through engaging the organisation in innovation events and continuous communication related to innovation activities
- Facilitate selected external partnerships related to innovation
- Lead or participate in ad hoc corporate projects on innovation
The position will report to SVP Future Business and be part of this area’s leadership team.
Qualifications
- Higher relevant education, preferably at Master´s level
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Familiar with design thinking and innovation processes
- Ability to engage and motivate others
- Strong communication skills and collaborates well with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience from facilitating and/or executing innovation activities in large corporates or start-up communities is an advantage
- Fluent in both English and Norwegian is a requirement
