The Administrative Clerk is responsible for all aspects of a small office, including greeting visitors and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and is efficient, reliable, and detail-oriented. This position requires a high level of attention to detail. The Administrative Clerk reports directly to the office administrator and will receive on-the-job training as well as assistance from other departments when necessary.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
- 20-25 hours/week

Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Stock and maintain office supplies
- Data entry, filing, and basic word processing
- Employee Onboarding
- Basic bookkeeping
