What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Clerk position at Stay Clean Solutions?

The Administrative Clerk is responsible for all aspects of a small office, including greeting visitors and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and is efficient, reliable, and detail-oriented. This position requires a high level of attention to detail. The Administrative Clerk reports directly to the office administrator and will receive on-the-job training as well as assistance from other departments when necessary.

We are a family-owned and operated business that is not only looking for someone to fill the position but someone who will fit well with our office staff!

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • 20-25 hours/week
  • Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
  • Stock and maintain office supplies
  • Data entry, filing, and basic word processing
  • Employee Onboarding
  • Basic bookkeeping
