What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Stay NWA?
Stay NWA is a vacation rental management company with properties located through out Northwest Arkansas. We provide a diverse selection of unique and luxurious homes for an unforgettable stay! Our vacation rentals are designed to create a consistent, luxurious, and memorable experience for all guests. Each property is thoughtfully designed, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked. As we continue to add new properties in the area, we are looking for new team members who fit our company culture and the fast-paced environment that comes with the growing demand of guest reservations in our area.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to staying organized while also completing projects on time. Due to the nature of the industry, our business often operates with quick turn arounds and a face-paced environment. This is not a desk job. Expect to be on your feet often, and visiting properties daily.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties before each guest arrives and after guest check out.
- Routinely shop for supplies and restock supplies as needed.
- Keep a log of property inventory.
- Complete and / or oversee general property maintenance.
- Maintain receipt logs and purchase receipts.
- Use our software to document work and complete tasks.
- Routinely collect trash from properties or place trash can at curb on trash day.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and TV issues at existing properties.
- Responsible for troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and property maintenance issues.
- Be able to take turns with other property managers to be on call during weekends.
- Assist with setup of new properties.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have smart phone to access tasks and document while on the job.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be willing to work on call shifts.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes.
- Knowledge of tools and standard appliances.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
