We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Administrator to join and grow with our team! The responsibilities include:
- Assemble, review, code and enter vendor invoices
- Prepare weekly check runs
- Monitor vendor accounts to ensure timely payments
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare bank deposits and record cash receipts into the accounting system
- Maintain and file internal and external accounting records
- Maintain petty cash
- Review and process travel and entertainment expense reports
- Prepare billings and send out invoices
- Collection of accounts receivables
- Assist in general accounting and administrative tasks
- Reception desk coverage as needed
- Provide support to vendor and inter-departmental inquiries
- Compile year-end tax information for 1099 processing
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Accounts Payables
- Knowledge of general accounting software (ie. Sage, Quickbooks)
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
