Job description
The ideal candidate will be working in the Accounting Department directly alongside the Controller. They will work in QuickBooks on a consistent basis and help with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, & Invoicing. They will learn from the Controller and take on additional responsibilities as they learn.
Responsibilities
- Ability to navigate and work in QuickBooks consistently
- Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
- Assist the Controller with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Assist in daily invoicing
- Assist in closing the books on a monthly basis
- Maintain and create bank deposits daily
- Adaptive learner that could be used in multiple areas of the operations

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
