Stead Automotive Group is currently seeking a self motivated professional with strong service management experience to join our team.This is a working manager position and requires an individual who can roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 5 yrs Dealer Service Management experience
- Previous Ford/Chrysler experience preferred but not required
- Proven CSI track record
- Reynolds & Reynolds system experience preferred
