What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Steak 'n Shake?
This position will provide general repair and maintenance to Stenco Restaurants within the Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas region.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, installations and preventative maintenance on commercial restaurant equipment.
- Respond to service requests utilizing facilities management system in a timely manner.
- Perform basic carpentry including but not limited to flooring, ceiling tile repair/upkeep, shelving and more.
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
- Effectively manage time and resources to control costs, enhance efficiencies and meet commitments.
- Responsible for filling out reports for the District Manager.
- Communicate effectively
- Provide preventative maintenance feedback/coaching to Restaurant Management Team.
- Ability to work on call as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience
Expected hours: 40-40 per week
