We are a well-established full service law firm seeking a highly experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 10 years of experience and significant trial experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling and litigating personal injury cases through trial and securing favorable outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of complex personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including preparing cases for trial.
- Represent clients in court, including taking cases to trial, conducting depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Develop and implement legal strategies that align with clients' best interests.
- Collaborate with support staff and junior attorneys to ensure thorough case preparation and efficient case handling.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain open, clear communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar (relevant jurisdiction).
- 10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
- Demonstrated trial experience with a successful track record of obtaining favorable verdicts.
- Strong litigation and advocacy skills, with the ability to manage cases independently.
- Excellent negotiation, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills.
