About Steam Inventors –
STEAM Inventors is an after-school STEAM Educational Service for students aged 5 to 18. We are trying to bridge the gap between the current classroom and technology progression. We offer two distinct programs in STEAM Educational space. One is a through a franchise ownership of Nutty Scientists that teaches the children science through drama-based shows and experience the joy of experiments in a safe laboratory. STEAM Inventors also operates in a physical facility offering an immersive learning environment for the students to play, learn, connect, and innovate with emerging technologies such as drones, AR/VR, robotics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity to name a few. Two offerings together will boost the interest of the children and the community.

Position Description –
This position is ideal for an ambitious and dynamic individual who seeks to excel in a challenging role, experience the entrepreneurial journey, and contribute to the company's growth in the rapidly expanding STEM education market.
The Business Director has a leadership role within the company, for both Steam Inventors campus and Nutty Scientists operation, driving enrollment sales and managing the daily activities. The Director must demonstrate the ability to pitch company programs, sell, close, and attain the enrollment targets. In addition, this individual is accountable for establishing partnerships with parents, schools, governments, corporations and providing an exceptional student experience.
The Business Director is also responsible for managing in-house employees and teachers and creating a safe, caring, supportive and fun environment for employees, children and their guardians.

Operational Responsibilities:
· Creating and maintaining a safe environment for the students
· Defining the policies and procedures of the campus and making sure all employees are adhering to the policies and procedures of the company.
· Hiring and training competent staff, and all class instructors.
· Effective management of all company operational procedures, including expense control, inventory management and payroll processing.
· Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary campus daily.
· Proper scheduling of all classes and staff.
· Creating an exceptional experience for the students, parents, schools and any other customers.
Sales and Outreach Responsibilities:
· Meeting or exceeding student enrollment goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
· Meeting or exceeding Nutty Scientists Events goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
· Establishing partnerships with public/private schools, local businesses, and government.
· Coordinating and participation in off campus events.
· Establishing after-school programs with local schools.
Strategic:
· Reports directly to the CEO.
· All other employees will report back to this position.
· Work with the CEO on every aspect of the company to grow it
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree, preferably in any STEM field.
· Strong selling skills and ability to close enrollment transactions.
· Outgoing personality and skilled at developing business relationships at all levels, including with students, parents, instructors, local schools, and businesses.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
· Excellent MS Office tool set skills.
· Detail oriented and ability to quickly learn new operational systems and procedures.
· Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to challenges.
· Strong work ethic and flexible work schedule.
· Experience in equivalent role is preferred.
· Equivalent experience will be preferred but not required.
Pay:
· Profit sharing bonus (up to 15% of base pay)
