Overview
Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment in all areas of the plant. This is a full-time, day shift training and support position.
Responsibilities
- Assist shift millwright with preventative maintenance, rounds, and breakdowns
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Good communication skills with an ability to work in a team environment
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and repair
- React to emergency breakdowns
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude & basic electrical knowledge
- Fabrication skills that include torching, welding, and print reading
- Ability to read technical writing and schematics preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principles preferred
