- Maintain plant power distribution equipment.
- Water treatment plant support.
- Assist with periphery mill support and maintenance.
- Installation of new electrical equipment and systems.
- 100% engagement in Take Control of Safety.
- A strong safety record with competent electrical safety knowledge.
- High proficiency with electrical troubleshooting along with critical thinking & problem solving.
- Programing experience with Allen Bradley PLC’s and Rockwell HMI’s and their associated systems.
- Experience with instrumentation and processing equipment.
- Power Distribution up to 34.5kV, substation knowledge, and medium voltage motors with associated motor controls.
- Transformers, switchgear, motors and low voltage motor controls.
- Experience with networks and associated protocols.
- Understanding of electrical schematics and drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude, compressed air systems, fire protection systems, AutoCAD or equivalent for maintaining and updating drawings.
