Steel Point Solutions is actively recruiting skilled professionals to join our mission in supporting the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Office of Information Technology (OIT) - Application Development Division (ADD) through our Flexible Agile Scalable Team (FAST). We are seeking individuals passionate about making a difference by contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of vital human capital systems crucial for TSA's workforce.
Task Description:
As a ServiceNow HRSD developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in ServiceNow HRSD. Working closely with customers, business analysts and process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with other team members and customer stakeholders.
Primary Job Duties:
- Development and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD – 50%
- Troubleshooting – 30%
- Technical design and solutioning – 20%
Required skills/Level of Experience:
Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principals, and theories. Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Minimum 3 years' experience bachelor's degree or equivalent (associate degree 2 years' experience; 6 years' experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, 1 years; or experience with any module in ServiceNow, 2 years.
- Experience working in agile teams, including responsibility for pointing user stories, 2 years.
- Experience with technical solution design, including building technical documentation, 2 years.
Preferred skills:
- ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
- Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, 2 years.
- Experience with building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST), 2 years.
- Experience with enterprise design thinking, 2 years.
