Job Description

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

To continue our success, the inside sales representative has a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisitions and driving revenue growth by connecting with customers, developing relationships to promote existing and new product lines, supporting new product innovations, and increasing product sales.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and grow sales volume while maintaining margin efficiency
  • Research accounts and develop sales leads and opportunities
  • Evaluate customer needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships
  • Timely execute contact strategies
  • Quote prices, terms of sales and delivery dates within company guidelines
  • Provide feedback to management for customer and sales trends, competitive products, and pricing
  • Investigate/resolve product/service warranty claims
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven sales experience
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High individual performer and strong team player
  • Successful ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Problem analysis and resolution at a functional level
  • CRM experience
  • Commitment to company values
  • BA/BS degree of equivalent
  • RV/Marine/Automotive background a plus

Additional information

We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive selection of benefits, and a clean and comfortable environment with a 40-hour, Monday-Friday work week of 8:00am-5:00pm.
