Summary:

To provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the Lodge. Establish high standards of conduct to maintain a professional image to our guests. Responsible for the overall satisfaction of our guests. Oversees and coordinates all bell desk, transportation, ski locker room attendant to ensure prompt, courteous service to the guests.

Essential Functions:

• Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Effectively and seriously respond and deal with the guests needs and requests
• Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel. Knowledgeable of surrounding area’s attractions and points of interests
• Assist guests at check-in and check-out. Tag, store, and distribute baggage
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional work area (including bell stand, room 11, and entire front entrance in the garage)
• Respond to all emergency situations, and know all the safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them
• Be able to quote basic history of the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Deer Valley, and Park City
• Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all the guests and employees
• Take all necessary measures to help the guests and fellow employees

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
