Marketing Related Responsibilities:
- Work with Events Manager to evaluate all current marketing mediums and branding to determine which mediums are the most productive.
- Identify new ways to market Stella and Paloma Lake.
- Create new marketing campaigns for the events and hospitality portions of the business.
- Identify influencers and work to get Stella and Paloma Lake featured.
- Promote individual events.
- Actively promote corporate events through direct customer contact.
- Assist in marketing company fundraisers such as Gunning for a Cure.
- Manage website and social media additions and content consistent with direction from Events Manager.
- Manage paid marketing campaigns.
- Create, execute and maintain a marketing plan.
- Maintain good vendor relationships through marketing efforts.
Event Related Responsibilities:
- Work with Events Manager to execute events as needed and obtain pictures and other information to be used for social media marketing efforts.
- Assist with event preparation – i.e. run errands, pick up supplies, décor set up, etc.
- Occasionally manage vendors and events at Event managers direction.
Hospitality Related Responsibilities:
- Assist with checking guests into overnight accommodations.
- Assist with cooking or prep work for overnight guests.
- Assist with checkout of overnight guests.
- Assist with walkthrough inventories.
