Property management company seeking a bright, friendly and outgoing individual ready for a fast-paced environment to join our team. Working 25-30 hours a week. Looking for a motivated and efficient person for customer relations that possesses strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Communicate directly with homeowners and residents by phone, email and in-person
* Issue maintenance work requests and verifying their completion
* Maintain database and files
* Draft letters, notices and mailings
* Provide friendly and helpful service to clients
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the office
* Assist other office staff to complete projects/tasks
Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks in fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Great attention to details
* Enjoys being part of a team
* Standard office skills -- computers (Word, Excel, Outlook), multi-line phones, copiers, etc
* Dependable, hard-working and reliable
