Stellar is hiring a Evening Project Manager to oversee the completion of home repair projects for Single Family Rental properties during our evening hours for all markets. As a Stellar Project Manager you will work directly with our Third Party Contractors and Tradespeople to manage the scope of work, budget, and timeline for completing Work Orders submitted by residents. You will focus on providing stellar service and completing high-quality, low-cost repairs. Project Managers communicate updates via phone, text, and email, address ongoing escalations, and follow-up on existing orders within an assigned geographical market.

Hours for the Evening Project Manager role are 12:45PM - 11:00PM CST and covers all Markets (Midwest, North TX, South TX, Florida)

Responsibilities:
- Management of high volume maintenance work orders within a specific geographic area
- Plan timely and quality completions within budget and client expectations
- Provide clear and concise direction to Third Party Contractors utilizing multiple technology platforms and an in depth understanding of various trades and maintenance scopes
- Oversee costs of labor, equipment and material to ensure the project stays within budget and meets Stellar quality standards
- Manage labor negotiations and administration with field based contractors
- Develop and monitor project schedules
- Manage and coordinate material and equipment purchases
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent combo of education and experience
- 5 or more years of experience working in Residential Home Maintenance, Project Management or similar experience within the Real Estate/Property Management space
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliance, landscaping and irrigation systems
- Organizational skills, attention to detail & high performance standards
- Good communication skills (both oral & written) and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be comfortable scheduling and working directly with Contractors
- Must be able to work in a high-energy team environment while being self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to multitask and pivot with autonomous prioritization capability
- Support an environment conducive to change and foster free exchange of ideas to improve processes
- Strong Computer Skills using Google Sheets (Pivot Tables), Gmail, Google Calendar, KPI dashboards, and Project Software
