Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our launch strategy for opening new markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Central Ops, Contractor Ops, Finance, and HR, to define and implement unique operating models for our in-market operations.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target demographics, competition, and market potential for each new location.
- Lead the planning and coordination of all activities related to market openings, including market design, staffing, and logistics.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and on-time market openings.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create comprehensive marketing and promotional plans for new market launches, ensuring maximum brand exposure and client acquisition.
- Implement performance metrics and tracking mechanisms to evaluate the success of new market openings and optimize future strategies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with our in-market operations, adapting unique strategies as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Single Family Residence in-market operations and go-to-market strategies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen focus on market operations and expansions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative operating models for in-market operations.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to make informed decisions, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate teams, provide clear direction, and navigate through ambiguity.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, collaboration platforms, and data analytics software.
- Flexibility to travel as required for market visits and project coordination.
