- Driving Required: 250-350 miles per week. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Job Description :
- The role covers numerous sites throughout North and South Carolina, and Georgia. Is largely network infrastructure support.
- The Service Delivery Analyst (SDA) role is the single day-to-day contact for business users and provides an effective interface between users and the Service Delivery team.
- As the first point of contact for most of the business users, within the Southeast United States, you will provide day-to-day support via the service desk, to diagnose and resolve IT problems and provide advice to users.
- This role will work on IT related problems that can be in relation to hardware, software, and network difficulties.
- At times this individual will be asked to host vendors or 3rd party IT contractors acting on behalf of the client.
- You will also fulfill standard requests using documented processes and procedures, escalate to more specialist teams when needed. We are looking for customer-centric thinking and a good working knowledge of IT infrastructure service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for IT customer support of multiple locations through the southeastern United States
- Respond to and resolve customer requests, in relation to software, hardware and network operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient, and friendly customer service
- Zebra and Ricoh printer support and lifecycle (PC/laptop Refresh)
- Project support for the client
- Time and Attendance Clocks
- Key resource for incidents, planned / unplanned outages, and support for Foundations Team
- Special event support
- Manage local vendor activity
- Facilitate local business service escalations
- IT point of contact for long running tickets / user dissatisfaction

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
