Job Description
Are you a licensed property and casualty insurance representative who is tired of working the occasional weekend or the occasional night? We are looking for someone with experience in the insurance industry who likes the idea of only being open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, so you can't even be asked to come in on Saturday or stay late on Tuesday! We are located in downtown Fishers and in search of a fantastic customer service representative who is comfortable on the phone and is able to assist our current clients and new prospects with their insurance questions.

Responsibilities
This individual will be the first line on contact when the phone rings or when we have the occasional client come through the front door. They will need to be able to make policy changes, process payments, manage customer requests and be able to generate quotes when needed.
Overall Responsibilities Include:
- Customer Support

- Client Onboarding
- Look for opportunities to cross sell and upsell when applicable
Requirements
- Possess a valid license to sell property and casualty Insurance products in Indiana
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems, insurance software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred experience working in the insurance industry
