As Controller for STEPS Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the company to include:
- accurate preparation of financial statements,
- budget preparation.
- maintain internal controls and assure complete compliance with all tax and regulatory reporting issues.
- Strong communication and technology skills are critical as well as the ability to work in harmony with other department heads in the company.
- Reconcile all accounts, ledgers, books of record, and reporting systems are compliant with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Payroll: Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and distribution of the weekly payroll.
Minimum Qualifications Training, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of (GAAP)
- 7 years' experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager
- Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
- Background in both public and private accounting practice preferred
- Excellent IT knowledge including networked computer systems.
- Excellent knowledge of all commercial insurance

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
