Job Description
As the Premium Account Analyst, you are the key contact for the Premium Account Management team and will be responsible for supporting the team with customer reporting and day to day operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Process and input client orders into system
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Create or innovate existing reporting based on business needs
- Analyze business trends to identify operational opportunities
- Design, create, and update documents and forms used by the teams for continuous process improvement and consistency
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify client reporting needs and provide custom reporting as needed
- Take on new projects related to the smooth running of Premium Account operations
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments
- Provide additional support to Account Management team as per regular day to day reporting and support
Qualifications
Requirements
- 2-3 years office environment experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office product suite, including experience with Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with custom reporting processes and/or tools
- Solid attention to detail
