The Investments Intern would:
- Introduce and develop applicable real estate investment skills, while providing analytical support to Sterling Investments
- Gain an understanding of the overall deal evaluation process, including:
- Opportunity sourcing
- Deal underwriting and modeling
- Financial statements
- Market research
- Competitive landscape analysis
- Debt and Equity
- Investment strategy
- Due diligence processes
- Deal presentation
- Develop skills presented in an office environment
Don’t sell yourself short. Our Interns must have the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or MBA student (summer between first and second year)
- Real Estate experience is a plus
