Park Gardens Senior Living & Sterling Park Commons, a 110-bed Assisted Living Facility (AL), located in Waite Park, MN, is seeking a Home Health
Aide (HHA) to join our team. Home Health Aides provide meaningful support,
positively impacting the lives of our residents.
CURRENT NEEDS: Full Time and Part Time; AM and PM Shifts Available; Starting Pay up to $20/hour
SIGN-ON BONUS: $1000 (Full Time)
Job Summary: Home Health Aides (HHAs) perform tasks as delegated and/or indicated on resident care plans. Assists residents in daily living activities such as dressing and undressing, bathing, dining, and cleaning services.
Qualifications:
- Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
