Key Responsibilities

• Lead standard cost accounting reviews for materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate inventory reporting.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements, driving our financial success.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, covering bank accounts, inventories, fixed assets, and liabilities.
• Collaborate with external auditors, providing essential information during audits.
• Innovate by evaluating and recommending improvements to processes, policies, and systems, with a special focus on SOX compliance.
• Organize and execute cycle counts and annual physical inventory, ensuring precision and accountability.
• Deliver insightful product margin reports and analysis.
• Take on additional related duties that contribute to our overall success.

Requitements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Willing to commit to work onsite 5 days per week in a Team environment!
• In-depth knowledge of financial and cost accounting principles.
• Experience in enhancing processes, policies, and systems, particularly related to SOX compliance.
• Proficient with accounting software and ERP-based financial systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
