What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Excellence Representative position at Steve's Plumbing & Heating Inc.?
In this position you would be the first to answer the phone and greet the customer with the most energetic and memorable experience they have had on the phone. You would gather customer information, such as name, address, phone number and schedule them for a service call. Help the customer understand the process and what they can expect when the tech arrives. Dispatch techs to their next job. When you are not answering phones you would we closing invoices, entering installations and warranties into our system, as well as entering them online with the manufacturer. Preparing and sending out mailings, proofing quotes and getting them out to customers, entering payments. Scanning files into the system for documentation. Other offices duties as needed.
